  • We represent FCI, a $1.7B automotive and electronic connector business based n Versailles, France on U.S. buyside transactions.
  • We represented Borland in the divestiture of its $60MM CodeGear software development tools division.

• Private placements. Typically, first institutional round and pre-IPO financings requiring $10MM-$100MM. We recently represented Thrombovision in its Series A financing.
