• Mergers, acquisitions and divestiture advisory. Typical deal sizes are $25MM-$300MM. We recently represented Borland in the divestiture of its CodeGear software development division (the Delphi, Interbase and Turbo Pascal/C++ products).

• Corporate development advisory. Our engagements are long-term and retainer-oriented with significantly reduced success fees. We represent FCI, a $1.7B revenue electrical connector business based in Versailles, France, in U.S. corporate development.
  

• Private placements. Typically, Series A through pre-IPO financings requiring $10MM-$100MM. We recently represented Thrombovision in its Series A financing.
